The current Representative page labels the policy updated November 2023; all six PDF page headers state October 2023. This file replaces the older May 2018 source. Fundraising text includes both equal sharing on page 3 and pro-rata refund wording on page 4; preserve both and confirm applicability. Internal team-budget audits are distinct from independent association-statement audits.

The October 2024 revision is an accessible official-host file. Current Representative-page handbook anchor points to a different 36-page file without the -Oct suffix, while the visible label says updated October 2024; current navigation linkage to this 38-page revision is unverified. Rates and dates are historical. It retains 2023/24 honorarium labels alongside 2024/2025 team fees. Its September 1 representative-budget date on physical page 4 differs from the October 2023 budget policy’s September 30 deadline. Team bank-account instructions are specific to this older handbook.
