At season-end, the treasurer can use that record to show the association that the team’s books are complete and its bank account has been closed with a zero balance.

Each participating team has its own workspace. Authorized association leaders use the Association Command Centre to see the participating teams together, while role-based access limits what each board member, manager, treasurer, or parent can do.

Yes. HuddleBooks uses a read-only connection to automatically import transactions from the team bank account. It cannot move money, make payments, or change anything in the account.

Your data is stored on Canadian infrastructure and encrypted in transit and at rest. Role-based access controls limit what each user can see and do, while immutable audit logs preserve a record of activity.

The Association Plan has a $1,250 CAD annual minimum. Participating teams 1–10 are $250 each, subject to the minimum, and each team after 10 is $175. The Association Command Centre is included for participating HuddleBooks teams. Applicable taxes are additional.

Yes. A team purchasing outside association-led adoption can use the Individual Team Plan for $299 CAD per team per season, plus applicable taxes. It does not include the Association Command Centre or association-wide oversight.
