The source body says March 30 although the library labels it April. Accountant/audit discussion in the minutes is not an issued assurance report. Public selected sections cover budget approval and team-ice billing without turning meeting comments into compliance assessments.

The scanned document explicitly describes proposals for annual-meeting consideration. No date or passed-motion evidence appears in the copy. February 2026 AGM minutes say no proposed amendments were received at that meeting; do not infer these proposals were adopted then.
