About the Governance Library

A public reference library for hockey association documents. The library covers 135 Ontario association and program profiles across 2 governing bodies: 131 OMHA, 4 HEO. Parent associations and separately researched programs have their own profiles.

  • Every listing links to an official publisher source.
  • Topics and section links help you find information inside longer documents.
  • Document dates and source-check dates are shown separately.
  • Financial reports and audited statements are labelled separately.
  • Coverage describes selected sources, not an association’s performance or a complete policy inventory.

Sources checked Oct 1, 2026 – Oct 6, 2026. Each listing retains its own source-check date. Older seasons and uncertain adoption dates are labelled. For current requirements, consult the association.

To suggest a correction, email mike@huddlebooks.ca with the association name, official source URL and a description of the change. Corrections are checked against the source before updating the listing.
